Payment terms: :
-For invoices under 50 euros, payment is required upon receipt (maximum delay to be defined).
-A 50% deposit is possible/mandatory at the beginning of the order depending on the amount.
-Full payment may be requested for certain orders (e.g. emotes).
-It is possible to pay the full amount at the start if you wish.
-If the modifications are too significant, I reserve the right to add additional fees at any stage.
-Modifications must be explicitly requested before clean sketches/color sketches or clean animations to avoid extra charges.
-If certain modifications seem too significant, I reserve the right to refuse them.
-No pricing is negotiable.
-Once an invoice is sent, you have 30 days (or less, as defined beforehand, depending on the order) to pay. If this deadline is exceeded, I reserve the right to add a 10% fee past the deadline.
-The deposit is non-refundable if the work has already begun; it covers the time spent with the client/first sketches/animations

General terms :
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- No requests that could be considered plagiarism.
- Unable to create emotes that do not comply with the Twitch rules.
- Do not insist on production or creation deadlines.
- I reserve the right to decline any orders that I deem beyond my capabilities.
- If the client violates a clause in the - Terms and Conditions (minor/delay) after tacit agreement/payment, it is their responsibility. No refunds.
- No modifications of my work by third parties after production is allowed (unless with my agreement).
- No commercialization/goodies or resale of products without my agreement or a commercialization quote (under legal sanction).

Deadlines :
- Depending on communication and the orders, the creation time can range from 24 to 72 hours.
- Production time may vary depending on the requests.
- The minimum time I reserve is 7 days (e.g., emotes).
- If you need a very fast order, please specify (conditions apply, and a possible additional fee).
- If you have a deadline, please indicate it. Please do not rush the artist for any reason. ♥

When you contact me, it is absolutely essential that you provide your request with precision; what service(s) (emotes/illustrations/alerts, etc.), which character(s) (human/animals/background or not, etc.), as well as any details about whether or not you want animation. If you have reference images/sketches or photos to complete your request, don't hesitate to share them! The more precise your idea is, the better the result will be. I need a clear and well-thought-out concept! Sometimes we can brainstorm together, but it's best to come knowing exactly what you want :)

Step 1: The sketch. End of step 1 after validation: The line.

Orders are made in 2 or 3 steps. Each step follows the validation of the previous one by the client. The time frame and exchange time may vary depending on the requirements (see terms).First, after the deposit (see terms), I start the sketches. This is when I establish the composition, expression, and the requested character. It is advised to make as many changes as needed at this stage to ensure it matches your request.

Step 2: coloring. End of step 2 after validation: the final rendering.

Once the sketch is approved, I move on to the coloring. It is very important to be sure about the sketch because once this step is completed, it is impossible to modify the lines and composition without additional charges (see terms). It is recommended to choose and inform me of your preferred colors in advance to avoid too many modifications.

Step 3: Animation

For animated requests, the animation step comes after the final rendering, which makes it impossible to modify the previous steps (lines & colors). So take your time! I will send you an animation draft that will show you the exact result in a gif (Example: a cat waving hello). Again, a few modifications are possible on the movement/effects, etc.
